About this product

Veal rib on the bone, chine bone removed for clean carving. Pale, tender and delicate. Roast it gently and serve it just pink, with the pan juices and a few mushrooms.

Delivered under full cold chain, in insulated box with ice packs, can be left at your door or with building management. Delivery window sent on the day before, delivery team to call before arrival.

Storage & serving

Storage: Keep refrigerated. Previously unfrozen, may be frozen at home
Serving Recommendation: Sear, then roast at 170°C for about 20 minutes per 500g for just pink. Rest 15 minutes.
