About this product

Seasonal Wild Pheasant, available until February only. The meat is lean with richer flavours than regular farmed poultry. Giblets are already removed, the bird comes ready to season and cook. It is recommended to brine before roasting to guarantee a juicy meat.

Important note: game meat refers to meat from wild animals or birds traditionally hunted. Despite our strict quality control, fragments of ammunition may remain in the meat. By purchasing wild game, you acknowledge and accept the natural risks associated with consuming traditionally hunted wild meat.
