About this product

Wild Red Partridge is the perfect choice for an introduction to game meat with milder and more delicate flavours than other wild birds. The season is the shortest, available until December only. Make your recipe extra tasty by wrapping the bird in bacon or pancetta before roasting - it also helps keeping the meat from drying in the oven.

Important note: game meat refers to meat from wild animals or birds traditionally hunted. Despite our strict quality control, fragments of ammunition may remain in the meat. By purchasing wild game, you acknowledge and accept the natural risks associated with consuming traditionally hunted wild meat.
