About this product

A true blanc de noirs: Pinot Noir, the grape of the great Burgundy crus, pressed clear from dark skins and made sparkling without a moment's fermentation. Very pale, faintly hazy, with orchard pear and apple on the nose and a structure that is genuinely wine-like. Serve it well chilled.
