Preparation tip : after thawing, season the way you like (the veal is already salted), and it is ready to serve!
Our seasoning recommendation : lime, coriander, cumin, ginger, together with olive oil, mustard and balsamic vinegar.
Serving : one pack for two people as starter // one pack per person as main dish
Thawing tips : place in the fridge overnight to preserve the flesh quality.
