Seasonal Summer Cheese Platter

The Seasonal Cheese Platter by Xavier Fromagerie: a fresh selection for your summer gatherings! Cheese selected and aged by our Cheese Master François Bourgon, awarded Best Craftsman of France (MOF) in 2011. Total weight of the platter is 1kg.

Xavier's Summer Selection includes:

• Pavé Toulousain - Young Aging (cow milk): unique creation of François Bourgon, paying tribute to his city: Toulouse.
• Ardi Gasna (sheep milk): traditional cheese from the Basque Country.
• Perail (sheep milk): light in taste with creamy texture, typical from Aveyron.
• Sakura Brique (goat milk): soft cheese with Japanese cherry leaf in the middle, spreading its fruity scents to the whole cheese!
• Cremeux de l'Aubrac (cow milk): creamy cheese with younger aging.

Important to note:

• All cheese are made of raw milk (not pasteurized).
• Cheese selection in the platter cannot be amended.
• If one of the Cheese is momentarily unavailable, our Cheese Master will select a suitable replacement (similar type of cheese). You will be informed if this is to happen.
