White Peach Nectar
White peach is mainly juicy but less pulpy that the yellow peach. Alain Milliat has created this reference for a U.S. customer who wanted to have a beautiful quality of white peach to a Bellini cocktail base. The challenge was to find a tasty variety but also a flesh that is white until the stone. He therefore used an old variety from the Gers.
