The highest quality Spanish ham comes from the Iberian pig, raised in Southern Spain.. Our Bellota ham is made of the highest quality 100% purebred Iberian pigs, fed with a 100% vegetarian diet based on acorns, antibiotic-free, hormone-free.  

To keep a hint of the sweetness of acorns in the elegant taste of the ham, slices are cut as thin as possible by a master hamcutters in Spain, and stored in a special container which preserves the unique bouquet.
