Packing : one whole turkey of about 5kg - Ready to cook

Serving : 12 to 14 people

Cooking recommendation : roast in the oven at 180°C, count 20 minutes per 500g

Cooking tips : use a fork to check the cooking on the leg area : if the juice is clear, the cooking is done. If you see some red in the juice, it still needs some more cooking.

Thawing Tips : place in the fridge minimum 48 hours before cooking.
