Red Label Pork from Pyrenees, a renowned region for its expertise in pig farming. A careful selection of the breeds and following traditional methods respecting the cattle well-being result in an exceptional quality of meat. The pigs are free range and grain-fed with local production. This balanced diet gives the meat a rich flavor and delicate taste.
Cooking recommendation : oven or casserole dish. Pork is ideal for slow cooking at low temperatures, making the meat tender. When the meat is well-cooked, the juice will be clear to slightly pink. Take the meat out of the fridge, remove the packaging and let it rest for 30 minutes to 1 hour to improve the cooking.
Serving: 6 to 8 people
Packing : 1 piece of 2.8kg with 4 ribs, ready to chop.
