Truffle are very sensitive to humidity! Once received, it must be unpacked and placed into an air-tight container, half filled with uncooked rice, and stored in the fridge until consumption // Carpaccio, Artichoke Spread, Mustard, Honey and Paste: keep in fridge after opening // Seasonings and Dry Mushrooms: keep in a cool and dark place.
Best before : We recommend to consume the Fresh Truffle within 3 days after delivery // Other items: minimum 1 month on delivery.
