Black Truffle Scrambled Eggs

A la minute black truffle scrambled eggs : break 5 eggs into a bowl and whisk them, then add our black truffle preparation and mix. Pour the mix into a heated pan and stir continuously for 2 minutes until it starts to solidify.

To be served with green salad and truffle vinaigrette.

Our recommendation : add some fresh truffle -when in season- or truffle carpaccio as topping for even more flavor!
