Cooking tips : WITHOUT PRIOR DEFROSTING : place the slices in a heated frying pan, cook for 2 to 3 minutes per side over medium heat, basting regularly with their own fat. Season at your convenience. Cover and leave it at very low heat during 2 to 3 min before serving it.
