Cooking Tips:
- Pan seared : cut the lobe into slices and pan sear on very hot pan for 30 secs to 1 min per side, until the surface gets brown. Let it rest for about a minute before serving!
- Make your own "Au Torchon" Foie Gras
Thawing Tips:
- Recommended : place in the fridge for 24 hours before cooking
- Express : place the pack (with packaging) in temperature water for 4 hours
