What is "Chou Farci"? Chou Farci (Stuffed Cabbage) is a traditional French recipe, featuring blanched cabbage leaves stuffed with duck confit and veggies. A comforting, hearty winter dish.
Our tip : you may have it with a side of white rice, and enjoy the sauce as it soaks into the rice.
Serving : one jar = one portion, to heat in a saucepan, in a water bath (bain-marie) or microwave (in a suitable container).
