Packing : 

• One whole turkey of about 3kg - Ready to cook
• One whole turkey of about 5kg - Ready to cook

Serving : 

• 3kg : 8 to 10 people
• 5kg : 12 to 14 people

Cooking recommendation : roast in the oven at 180°C, count 20 minutes per 500g

Cooking tips : use a fork to check the cooking on the leg area : if the juice is clear, the cooking is done. If you see some red in the juice, it still needs some more cooking. 

Ordering schedule for the festive season :  

• Order by Thursday 12 December, 1pm for a delivery by Christmas Eve. 
• Order on Thursday 19 December, 1pm for a delivery by New Year's Eve.

Shelf life on delivery : 

• Christmas Eve : Friday 27 December
• New Year's Eve : Thursday 2 January
