Packing : one whole capon of about 2.5kg - Ready to cook

Serving : 6 to 8 people

Cooking recommendation : roast in the oven at 180°C, count 20 minutes per 500g

Cooking tips : use a fork to check the cooking on the leg area : if the juice is clear, the cooking is done. If you see some red in the juice, it still needs some more cooking.

Ordering schedule for the festive season :
