A "Blanc de Blancs" Sparkling Grape Juice, made with actual vineyard grape variety, the Chardonnay, from a 7 generations family-run wine estate in South-West of France. A wine press is used to extract each grapes’ unique characteristics (same as in wine making process!).
Fresh and elegant, with notes of citrus fruits and white flowers for a balanced acidity.
No fermentation = no alcohol!
NO sugar added, NO sulphites
Serving tip : to serve chilled, in a Champagne glass for the best experience.
