A "Blanc de Noirs" Sparkling Grape Juice, made with actual vineyard grape variety, the Pinot Noir, from a 7 generations family-run wine estate in South-West of France. A wine press is used to extract each grapes’ unique characteristics (same as in wine making process!).
Delicate aromas of raspberries and strawberries, enhanced by floral notes of honeysuckle and a herbaceous touch of verbena.
No fermentation = no alcohol!
NO sugar added, NO sulphites
Serving tip : to serve chilled, in a Champagne glass for the best experience.
