What is Cassoulet? Cassoulet is a slow-cooked French stew originated from the South-West region. It features white beans baked with duck meat confit and pork sausage (Toulouse) for minimum four hours. It is a classic French recipe, a comforting dish.
Our tip : have it with a side of green salad for a light touch!
Serving : one jar = one portion, to heat in a saucepan, in a water bath (bain-marie) or microwave (in a suitable container).
