Knife-Cut Pork Sausage by Olivier Brosset. Traditionally made with knife-cut pork instead of minced one for genuine taste, mixed with spices and white wine and wrapped in natural casing.
Serving : 5 to 6 people (recommended 200g per person)
Cooking recommendation : cook at medium heat, without adding fat in the pan. Don't prick the sausage to keep it juicy!
Packing : one piece of about 1.3kg
