Sparkling Grape Juice collection, a brand new addition by Alain Milliat!
Made with actual vineyard grape varieties from a 7 generations family-run wine estate in South-West of France. A wine press is used to extract each grapes’ unique characteristics (same as in wine making process!).
Two Sparkling Grape Juice available:
- "Blanc de Blancs" Sparkling Grape Juice, Chardonnay white grapes: fresh and elegant, with notes of citrus fruits and white flowers for a balanced acidity.
- "Blanc de Noirs" Sparkling Grape Juice, Pinot Noir red grapes: delicate aromas of raspberries and strawberries, enhanced by floral notes of honeysuckle and a herbaceous touch of verbena.
No fermentation = no alcohol!
NO sugar added, NO sulphites
Serving tip : to serve chilled, in a Champagne glass for the best experience.
