Prime Ribs Cut
Polmard Prime Ribs is a 71 days aged cut of meat. You will melt for its tender meat with a delicate nutty taste brought by a slight marbling.
Defrosting tips: Put the meat in the fridge 24 hours before cooking or put the meat with its vacuum pack 5 to 6 hours in cold water.
Cooking tips: Season with salt and sear 2 minutes on both sides on a oiled pan or cast iron casserole, at a high tempeature. Then cook approx. 15min (according to your taste) in a preheated oven at 180 degree.
Cooking tips for BBQ: Grill for around 15 min by changing sides every 2 minutes.
