Cooking Tips:

  • Pan seared : cut the lobe into slices and pan sear on very hot pan for 30 secs to 1 min per side, until the surface gets brown. Let it rest for about a minute before serving!

Thawing Tips: 

  • Recommended : place in the fridge for 24 hours before cooking
  • Express : place the pack (with packaging) in temperature water for 4 hours
